Service Description

Sometimes your in-house Tableau resources need a lifeline to spare them hours, days or even weeks of time spent banging their heads against a sticky challenge when a little nudge in the right direction from an expert is all they need. That's when Moxy's Tableau Lifeline comes in handy; featuring twin Tableau Visionaries, Kevin and Ken Flerlage. Use this service only when you need it, and only pay per session when you use it.

Cancelation Policy

Obviously we can't guarantee we can solve every issue every time. Prior to and during the first few minutes of your session we will assess whether or not we think we can provide value. If we determine your issue is outside of our expertise, you'll have the option to receive a credit towards a future session, good for 90 days. If we think we can help, we will proceed with our best efforts to meet your expectations. At this stage no credits will be applied, regardless of the final outcome of your session. Cancellations made 24 hours or less before your session are non-refundable, for any reason. Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance will receive a credit towards a future session, good for 90 days. To reschedule your session, please contact tableaulifeline@moxyanalytics.com. Any information we see or hear during your session is treated as confidential, and will not be shared or stored by us - or you can sue our pants off.
