For those one-off problems, Tableau Lifeline is... well, a lifeline. This ad-hoc service could save you hours, days or even weeks banging your head against a sticky challenge. Get the help you need, when you need it from the best-of-the-best in Tableau expertise. Tableau Lifeline sessions can be purchased in single sessions or discounted packages of up to 10, with easy online booking and checkout.

Cancellation Policy

Obviously we can't guarantee we can solve every issue every time. Prior to and during the first few minutes of your session we will assess whether or not we think we can provide value. If we determine your issue is outside of our expertise, you'll have the option to receive a credit towards a future session, good for 90 days. If we think we can help, we will proceed with our best efforts to meet your expectations. At this stage no credits will be applied, regardless of the final outcome of your session. Cancellations made 24 hours or less before your session are non-refundable, for any reason. Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance will receive a credit towards a future session, good for 90 days. To reschedule your session, please contact tableaulifeline@moxyanalytics.com. Any information we see or hear during your session is treated as confidential, and will not be shared or stored by us, but we strongly encourage you to NOT SEND OR SHARE ANYTHING WITH US THAT INCLUDES PERSONALLY IDENTIFIABLE INFORMATION (PII) OR PERSONAL HEALTH INFORMATION (PHI).
